Starting with a Clean Foundation
When replacing a roof, for qualitative installation it’s vital to start underneath the shingles. Our crew worked to remove all existing roofing materials, including two layers of old underlayment, to inspect the roof deck and ensure the new roofing system was installed correctly from the ground up.
We also included up to three sheets of decking replacement as needed to help create a solid foundation for the new roof.
Upgraded Protection Where It Matters Most
Every component of this roofing system was selected to improve protection and longevity. The homeowner upgraded to premium synthetic underlayment for better moisture resistance and durability compared to traditional felt.
